The blog has been a little quiet, but I’ve been plugging along at work since the new year! I may not do full posts on these sessions, but I did want to play a little catch up with everyone!

David & Blair – Oklahoma Maternity

I was psyched when David & Blair asked us to come out to Oklahoma to photograph Blair’s maternity session. There was an added bonus – Blair’s two sisters are also pregnant and they wanted to do a maternity session with all three of them! I was really excited as I’ve never photographed anything like this. It was a lot of fun and David and Blair’s property is GORGEOUS – ideal for photos.

Kim & Joe – Fayetteville Engagement

These two have great chemistry… and I knew when I met them at the University of Arkansas campus for their engagement session that I had seen these two before… and then it hit me:

Yup they caught the garter and the bouquet at a wedding I photographed last year!! So funny!

And in all sincerity these were two of the nicest people I have ever worked with. The shoot just flies by when people are so friendly and open with you right from the start, and in turn, the photos are so much more natural and relaxed.

They chose a beautiful fall day for their session. Here’s a few favorites!

Maternity sessions are becoming some of my favorite. I love photographing women at this beautiful time. This family is such a fun client to have – I love how they had their extended family involved in the session. This session took place in downtown Rogers – always a favorite for clients and me!

Keep an eye out for the newborn session soon… it was adorable!!
